The role is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Cambridge, Tasmania.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Deliver EUC solutions as per the business requirements
- Prioritise and manage ServiceNow queues and project based workload in the EUC space,
- Provide support, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to EUC environment and solutions.
- Enhance and improve the security posture of EUC landscape by managing endpoint security solutions, content filtering and encryption solutions
- Focus on managing and securing Active Directory
- Optimise/manage the SCCM environment and leverage the same for endpoint management.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Two or more years’ experience in a senior EUC role in an enterprise environment and looking to step up to the role of EUC lead
- Technical certifications and experience related to the design and build of end-user workspace environment
- Min 2 years experience in a Microsoft windows enterprise environment i.e Windows Server OS, VMware, PowerShell, Citrix
