About the Opportunity

CBRE is seeking an experienced Corporate Guest Services Senior Associate to join our team in Sydney CBD.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a renowned financial institution, providing exceptional guest services and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Provide assistance and support to Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling and feedback management
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee day-to-day functions
  • Coordinate same-day catering, audio-visual, and equipment requirements for clients
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments to bookings using MRBS
  • Support Guest Relations Executives with performance reviews and objective setting
  • Ensure operational standards are maintained and improved
  • Assist with administrative duties and project work as required
About You

We're looking for a charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of our company.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and genuine, and have experience in corporate reception, five-star hotel, or premium services environments.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills are essential.

A customer-centric approach and previous room booking, concierge, reception, or coordination experience are highly regarded.
