We are seeking an experienced Quality and Education professional to join our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of senior Australians.

About the Role:

The Quality and Education Coordinator is responsible for creating and delivering custom training modules based on industry best practices, trends, audit findings, and project needs.

  • Create and implement effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Oversee the Home Care QPS Benchmarking program, ensuring timely completion and submission of data for benchmarking purposes.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and record-keeping systems to ensure compliance with desired outcomes.

  • IDentify areas where employees may require additional training and provide guidance accordingly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration or relevant quality assurance and training skill base.

  • Solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Quality Care Principles.

  • Experience in Aged Care Quality and Safety review processes and accreditation requirements.

  • Proven leadership, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
