Role Summary:
The Senior Policy Lead oversees key policy and project activities driving Child Protection Program reforms. This includes mentoring, coordinating, and developing senior policy officers within the team.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Develop strategic initiatives to deliver departmental objectives impacting localised service delivery and meeting statewide departmental and government objectives and community expectations.
- Maintain an understanding of issues affecting the department's clients and investigate critical projects enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Foster strong connections across departments and with external stakeholders for a partnership approach.
