Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Servicing Specialist to grow a client portfolio, providing expert advice on general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and their insurance accounts.
  • Secure business with new clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Process and manage the administration of these accounts, including preparing quotes, processing changes, and policy preparation.
  • Promote the Gallagher brand and yourself to generate ongoing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure internal databases and relevant systems are kept up to date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification or willingness to complete.
  • A sound knowledge of general insurance principles and practices.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering results.
  • A high level of adaptability and responsiveness to change.
