Employee Relations Manager Role
Bluefin Resources is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Stay informed on the latest changes in employment law and industry trends.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an ER Manager with a strong background in employee relations.
- Proven leadership skills that foster collaboration and trust.
- A degree in HR or Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
