U&U Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in shaping the Employee Relations function and implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs on Employee Relations matters
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant awards and legislation
- Manage employee grievances, complaints processes, and investigations
- Interpret and apply relevant awards and legislation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provide education and coaching to management regarding the correct application of awards and legislation
- Report on Employee Relations trends to senior leadership
- Act as a key point of contact for unions and oversee any required negotiations
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and the Schads Award
- Experience in an NFP, community, disability, aged care, healthcare, or similar sector
- Experience suggesting and implementing processes and policies
- Ability to manage complex Employee Relations cases
- Continuous improvement mindset with resilience and strong relationship-building skills
