Job Title: Strategic People Partner

We are seeking a senior-level HR Business Partner to join our leadership team and drive business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-site/matrix settings, industrial, FMCG, logistics, retail, healthcare or similar, with a strong track record of delivering commercial results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to the MD and broader leadership team: workforce planning, org design, succession and engagement.
  • Build rhythms that cut noise and surface priorities; use data to inform decisions.
  • Support change and acquisition integration across a matrix, multi-site network.
  • Mentor and develop advisors; uplift case management capability by providing coaching and personally run serious or sensitive cases.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial Acumen: comfortable with P&L levers and speaking the language of the business.
  • Strong ER Credentials: plus the judgement to scale from tactical to strategic.
  • Pace and Ambiguity: thrive in fast-paced environments and handle ambiguity with ease.
  • Organised, Curious and Tenacious: with a calm, direct style.
