We're now looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented Building Designer to join our collaborative team and support our design delivery pipeline across detached, terrace, and integrated housing.⸻What You'll Do Prepare and manage high-quality design documentation across DA, CDC, and CC phases Translate concepts into working drawings, ensuring compliance with BCA, NCC, SEPP, LEP, and DCPCollaborate with internal stakeholders (planning, construction, sales) to resolve technical issues early Liaise with councils and certifiers to support smooth approvals and compliance Maintain consistency across BIM libraries, templates, and drawing standards Work closely with the pre-construction team to meet project deadlines with precision⸻About You Certificate IV or relevant qualification in Building Design or Residential Drafting Proficient in Archicad (required); Revit experience highly desirable Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and Australian construction standards Demonstrated experience in residential design (e.g.
