We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Building Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role offers the opportunity to bring innovative residential concepts to life, from individual homes through to large-scale masterplanned communities, delivering high-quality designs and documentation that balance creativity with practical buildability.

What you'll do

• Create innovative residential designs, drawings and documentation for each stage of the design process
• Contribute to the design of cohesive, sustainable masterplanned communities
• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate design outcomes
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and design guidelines
• Identify cost-effective, buildable solutions that align with the design brief
• Manage documentation flow, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality
• Present concepts with clarity, creativity and attention to detail

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential projects
• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Building Design
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (non-negotiable)
• Revit experience is desirable but not essential
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Flexible mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach
• Ability to positively influence and contribute to a supportive team culture
