Lead Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

The Lead Rehabilitation Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing and leading staff coordinating rehabilitation strategy, service planning, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead staff in coordinating rehabilitation strategy, service planning, and governance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement rehabilitation strategies and plans.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery and offender rehabilitation outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and oversee governance activities, including site monitoring, program accreditation, and evaluation processes.
- Work with other leaders to develop innovative solutions and evidence-based practices to meet offender needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
- Possession of postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area (or significant progress towards such qualifications).
