- Assign patient schedules and tasks to staff members.">
- Coordinate department functions with other services.">
- Communicate effectively with administration about department goals and programs.">
- Participate in utilization review, quality assurance, and resident care conferences.">
- Maintain accurate records of MDS information and bill services provided in a timely manner.">
- Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols.">
- Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and assignments as delegated.">
Required Qualifications:
">Must have a degree in therapy from an accredited institution or equivalent. Must hold a current, active license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist. Proficiency in computer software and clinical documentation is also required.
