Job Title: Project Leadership Role

A seasoned professional is sought to oversee the delivery of services to a global client. This esteemed organisation boasts over 10,000 employees across 23 countries with more than two decades of experience.

The role entails managing project delivery, maintaining accounts, and fostering commercial relationships. The ideal candidate will work from home, in our Brisbane office, or at customer offices with occasional international travel involved.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing one or more client relationships by assuming full ownership of project margins, invoice processes, and ensuring target profitability documentation is met.
  • Establishing strategic connections with stakeholders within and outside the company.
  • Maintaining realistic project, quality, change control, and risk management processes, including forecasting revenue and cost.
  • Ensuring clients have confidence in service capabilities, contributing to account growth.
  • Leading and motivating a team to ensure client accounts are successful and profitable in the long term.

Key requirements include:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusting client relationships up to the executive level.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management.
  • Broad set of skills in technology delivery and people and change leadership.
  • Focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Leadership and influence skills to motivate and achieve success.
