Project Lead Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take ownership of projects across the entire lifecycle, from conceptualization through to delivery, while working on complex and innovative aviation projects.

The Project Lead Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our Aviation team. This role is suitable for seasoned project managers or professionals ready to transition into a lead position in the aviation sector.

  • Develop and implement project plans from conception to completion
  • Manage design briefs, tender documents, and contractor/consultant engagement with precision
  • Lead contract administration with a focus on timeliness, budgeting, and quality assurance
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and complex staging requirements
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and airport authorities
  • Deliver programs of work efficiently, with clear reporting and communication to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior PM, or Contract Administrator, preferably in civil or construction projects
  • Strong expertise in design management across concept and detailed phases
  • Contract administration and project delivery experience with a focus on stakeholder engagement
  • Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements
