About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to spearhead our Brisbane operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of tasks and projects, providing strategic guidance to senior colleagues, and managing project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives to secure new projects
  • Maintain annual performance targets and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Manage resource allocation, attraction, and retention
  • Develop and implement strategies for local market growth and expansion
  • Proactively manage client relationships and build strong partnerships

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. They must have over 10 years of experience in project and development management, with at least 5 years working in Brisbane for a project management consultancy. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing dynamic teams are essential.
