About the Role
The Coles Supermarket Online Department plays a vital role in supporting the company's e-commerce strategy by ensuring the efficient selection and packing of online grocery orders in-store. This is achieved through the efforts of a team of Personal Shoppers who work together to pick up orders as part of the click and collect/concierge service or deliver them to customers in Coles delivery vans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the online department, taking full accountability for meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the team is working towards a common goal, driving a customer-obsessed culture that continually seeks to better understand diverse customer needs.
- Oversee the maintenance of Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards to create a welcoming and inspiring customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
- Foster a one-team culture that recognizes and celebrates success, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
