
Chief Event Coordinator

Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of this role. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all banquet events from setup to execution and breakdown.
Key responsibilities include leading and training banquet staff to maintain high service standards, collaborating with kitchen and event planning teams to meet client requirements and timelines, and driving team efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in banquet or event management within a hospitality environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
