Job Overview

This senior administrative position is a key support role for the Chief Judge of the Local Court, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of court services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer daily tasks and activities in the Judges' Chambers, including court administration, case management, and staff supervision.

  • Maintain accurate records, manage files, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience as an Administrative Officer at a mid-senior level, preferably in a judicial or government environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, judges, and other court staff.
