The Role

As a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance database engagement, retention, and growth by working closely with cross-functional teams.

This position involves creating personalised multi-channel customer journeys and leveraging data insights to drive actionable improvements. You will report to our Head of Marketing in a full-time permanent capacity.

A Day in the Life
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to create and execute email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing activity.
  • Lead the design, build, and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing automation processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
  • Drive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery.
  • Lead and develop omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are personalised, relevant and optimised, from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and analysis.
  • Oversee platform governance, including user management, data integrity, data sharing and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance marketing automation capabilities and integrate with other business systems.
  • Report on results and provide recommendations on improvements.
