Your Role

You will lead customer service operations at Eagle Farm QLD to ensure clients receive exceptional service across all interactions.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring all service tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operational staff to fulfill client requirements, resolving any service-related issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with organisational standards
  • Promote our range of services to support business growth and strengthen client relationships
What We're Looking For

We need someone with strong leadership skills, ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced logistics environment to meet service goals and uphold high performance standards.

Key skills include:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, with the capability to manage complex shipments, prioritise effectively, and perform well under time-sensitive conditions
  • Proficiency in freight forwarding and customer management software, with CargoWise experience highly preferred
