Job Overview:

The Reinsurance Operations Analyst position involves managing the end-to-end reinsurance recovery process, verifying recoveries, and resolving treaty and facultative transaction issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire reinsurance recovery process, verify recoveries, issue billing, and fix discrepancies.
  • Act as a liaison for APAC claims recovery queries - support internal teams, reinsurers, and brokers.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation - RACIs, workflows, compliance records.
  • Resolve treaty and facultative transaction issues in collaboration with Underwriting Ops and RI Ops.
  • Support large loss analysis, premium processing reviews, and UAT for new systems.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and robustness.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of reinsurance (Treaty & FAC) and claims recovery processes.
  • Experience in reinsurance operations, claims processing, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills - capable of managing complex data accurately.
  • Effective communication skills to interact across multiple teams.
