About the Role

This is not just about processing claims. It's about making sure millions in recoveries move accurately and on time, keeping reinsurers, underwriters, claims handlers and finance all aligned. As an Insurance Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reinsurance recovery process, verifying recoveries, issuing billing and fixing discrepancies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end reinsurance recovery process
  • Verify recoveries and issue billing
  • Fix discrepancies and resolve issues with underwriting ops and RI ops
  • Support large loss analysis, premium processing reviews and UAT for new systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of reinsurance (Treaty & FAC) and claims recovery processes
  • Experience in reinsurance operations, claims processing or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Clear, confident communication skills to work across multiple teams
