About the Position

This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity to work with a high-performing team in the Victorian Public Service.

You'll utilise your customer service expertise to provide support and advice to the Victim Services, Support and Reform branch.

  • Provide informed and up-to-date advice on victim entitlements, support services, and referral pathways.
  • Convey information clearly and accurately, responding to clients, stakeholders, and team members professionally, sensitively, respectfully, and empathetically.

You'll be working with a high-performing team in the Victorian Public Service, providing support and advice to victims of crime and family violence.

About You
  • You have an understanding of the victim support service system and associated legislation.
  • You have experience in direct human service delivery where there are sensitive and complex needs, working from a trauma-informed perspective.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive equivalent experience is desirable.
