Personal Care Specialist

Job Description:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in accordance with established values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity and privacy.
- Offer mobility support by helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions.
- Monitor health by observing and reporting any changes in the resident's condition.
- Support residents with their dietary requirements and ensure they receive the food they need.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for residents.
Requirements:
- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
- Adaptability, passion, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
