Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

A leading Aged Care facility requires Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to work on a casual basis with the view to permanency.

The successful candidates must be flexible and available to work in all areas including the Dementia specific units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clients with help they require to accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom
  • Building relationships with clients by creating personal connections and taking an interest in their lives
  • Maintaining care records and administration in accordance with company policy

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing
  • Current National Police Check
