This is a part-time opportunity to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in accordance with our organization's core values.

Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support services to our residents, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • Providing mobility support, including helping residents walk, use mobility aids, or transfer between positions
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and observing any changes in the resident's health or behavior
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • An adaptable and passionate approach, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
