Attainable Care is a leading Registered NDIS Provider dedicated to creating a world of possibilities for individuals with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing a range of tailored services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes. We are currently seeking passionate and committed Support Workers to join our growing team, with multiple locations across Melbourne:
- South East Melbourne
Start as soon as possible and enjoy a competitive pay rate of $35-40 per hour (subject to experience and qualifications), with penalty rates for evening, weekend, and overtime shifts. You'll also receive $0.92 per km between shifts (terms and conditions apply).

As a Support Worker with Attainable Care, you will deliver a range of services, including but not limited to:
- Provide personalized support and assistance to NDIS participants, focusing on their individual needs, goals, and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement and regularly review individualized support plans, adjusting strategies as required to promote participants' progress and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, skill development, and community participation, promoting independence and social inclusion.
- Monitor and report on participants' progress and any changes in their needs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current NDIS Worker check, Police Check, and Working with Children's Check.
- Certificate of NDIS Worker Orientation Program.
- A current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
- A valid Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car.
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field.
- Experience working with people with Mental health disability and challenging behaviour.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the NDIS framework.
- Ability to provide 2 current/recent work-related references.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting individuals with disabilities.
