Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transcribing audio-medical recordings, reviewing reports for accuracy, entering data into our system, managing medical notes, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audiotape transcription
  • Report proof-reading and editing
  • Data entry and management
  • Receipting, tracking, and return of deceased medical notes
  • Administrative tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience in audio-medical typing, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent analytical skills. You will also need to hold a National Police Certificate clearance and undergo employment-related screening checks.
