Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Communications Team Lead to join our organisation. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of communications strategies, managing internal and external communications channels, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Communications degree or similar qualification
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in a senior communications role
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to take a whole-of-organisation strategic outlook
  • Experience advising senior teams and using influence to deliver positive outcomes
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and staff to build their communications and engagement capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
