Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Employee Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's internal communications strategy and driving employee engagement. You will provide strategic communication guidance to senior leaders across the business, including members of the Executive Committee.

This role requires the ability to develop and execute integrated communication plans that support critical initiatives and business priorities. You must partner across the organisation to ensure messaging is clear, aligned, and engaging. The position also involves leading the creation of high-quality content and coordinating approvals, as well as evaluating impact and driving improvement through continuous evaluation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess deep expertise in internal/employee communications and a proven track record of advising senior leaders, including C-suite executives. You should bring a thoughtful, business-minded approach to communication planning and be confident navigating complex stakeholder environments. Additionally, you are skilled in developing clear, engaging content and have a solid understanding of communication governance and risk.
