Key Role Description

As a strategic leader, you will design actionable communications strategies in collaboration with internal/external agency partners. You will provide tangible direction that brings the strategic direction to life in media, ensuring strategic thinking is reflected in tangible campaign outcomes.

Core Responsibilities
  • Drive objective & challenge identification, target audience profiling & recommendation development, consumer journey mapping, insight & strategic territory identification, comms architecture design, media platform & principle development, topline media channel selection & orchestration, measurement framework development
  • Position yourself as a valued member of the client team across your assigned client portfolio, balanced with the ability to focus on core accountabilities as a specialist resource
  • Play an active role in identifying local 'big bet briefs' that present opportunities to deploy strategic process or potential for award-worthy work
About This Opportunity
  • Have strong understanding of industry and proprietary tools and systems used within the organization, able to guide junior team members on supported outcomes
  • Integrate and collaborate across end-to-end response to brief to ensure strategic direction is reflected in tangible campaign outcomes
  • Foster positive and productive ways of working with agency peers across assigned clients
  • Identify and proactively manage engagement from senior team members across client portfolio, predominantly new stakeholder introductions, and tier 1 briefings and responses
