About this role
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Support Coordinator to assist Participants with complex needs in building personal capacity and implementing NDIS plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Coordination to implement NDIS plans effectively.
- Coordinate services in Participants' plans, including managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Provide expert advice and consultation with Participants and stakeholders on complex situations.
To succeed in this role, you will have over 1 year's experience delivering quality support services, implementing NDIS plans, and developing strong relationships with Participants in the Disability sector.
You will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and Disability Act, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong networking abilities.
