Customer Service Representative

At Latrobe City Council, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. About the Role

This role will see you working across both our Contact Centre and Headquarters Front Counter, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service that exceeds expectations. You will also be actively promoting council services to the community, ensuring information is provided in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Actively promote council services to the community, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
