Job Description

The company is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to drive our people strategy and foster a culture of excellence within the organisation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Provide professional advice and direction in relation to end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, and developing an onboarding program.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and performance and career development.
  • Generate monthly reports to executive management and analyse data to guide decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including employee recognition programs, training and development initiatives, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide direction and support in relation to employee concerns, and/or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with department managers across the organisation to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Consult with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Formal tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure that any sensitive information is managed appropriately, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
