**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Administration Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative services across our acute and sub-acute wards. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver accurate and efficient clerical support, including admissions, transfers and discharges, data entry, record management, and reception duties.

The successful applicant will have outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of interactions in a professional and consumer-focused manner. They will also be compassionate and well-developed in written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to problem solve within the scope of the position.

The role requires strong administration skills, with proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with OneNote, Teams, and iPM is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support across acute and sub-acute wards
  • Deliver admissions, transfers and discharges processing
  • Data entry and record management
  • Reception duties and customer service for patients, families and staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
