Role Overview

The Lead Educator role at G8 Education offers an exceptional opportunity to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5 in a fun-loving and supportive team.

About the Role

This full-time position requires you to hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services, with proven experience in an Early childhood service. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and stimulating environment that inspires children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs tailored to meet the needs of children aged 0-5.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Establish strong relationships with families and communicate effectively about children's daily activities and progress.

Requirements
  • ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
  • Proven experience in an Early childhood service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Blue Card and First Aid certificate.
