Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in the Cairns region. As a key member of our centre team, you will play a vital role in inspiring a love of learning in children and fostering their development through purposeful and intentional teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
- Fostering Relationships: Build strong relationships with families, ensuring each child feels a sense of belonging and connection.
- Centre Leadership: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of high-quality early learning programs, working collaboratively with the centre leadership team.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
- Registration: Current Teachers Registration.
- Certifications: Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Knowledge and Experience: Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $112,000 + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience)
