We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team of dedicated educators at Goodstart Early Learning in Cairns.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for taking charge of their own room, leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. They will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences for children
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
