We're seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children in the Cairns region.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs that foster a love of learning in children. You'll work collaboratively with our centre directors, teachers, and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes child development and well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Mentor and guide educators to achieve optimal outcomes for children.
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure a sense of belonging and support for children's growth.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of high-quality early learning programs.
