Job Description

As a customer service consultant, you will serve as the voice of the organization, playing a vital role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience through every interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Fulfilling requests and queries from customers relating to salary packaging claims, package change requests, and new applications.
  2. Maintaining standards of information and administration by managing customer data and reporting in a timely manner.
  3. Striving for first-touch resolution with every interaction, whether via telephone or email.
  4. Providing superior customer service that maintains the organization's high standing in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to think creatively, demonstrate initiative, and exhibit good problem-solving abilities.
