About the Role:

  • The Field Marketing Ambassador will execute marketing initiatives on the ground across NSW, focusing on fitness events and community opportunities.
  • You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, showing up at key events and supporting interstate activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify suitable fitness events and community opportunities.
  • Pitch sampling or activation opportunities to gym owners, run clubs, and fitness partners.
  • Travel to events across NSW, engaging with attendees and communicating the brand story.
  • Submit post-event recaps and track stock usage.
  • Share on-the-ground learnings and feedback to inform future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Event Activation or Field Marketing Experience: 2+ years.
  • Current Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for travel.
  • Customer Engagement Skills: Confident and friendly demeanour with ability to engage with various people.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage day-to-day logistics and maintain stock materials efficiently.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: Comfortable working independently and troubleshooting challenges on-site.
