As a Member Support Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bolster sales efforts through targeted promotions and referral campaigns
  • Identify and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and strategic partnerships
  • Achieve a set number of lead contacts via phone calls to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide personalized sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Foster meaningful member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
  • Ensure successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Participate in club operations, including opening and closing the club according to the roster
  • Contribute to member retention programs, inspiring members to maintain their fitness journey
  • Regularly connect with new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending relevant products that enhance their experience
