We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Member Support Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

Your primary focus will be on interacting with prospective members, inspiring them to embark on their wellness journey, and supporting thousands of individuals in becoming faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth of our membership base through effective sales promotions and referrals campaigns.">
  • Generate high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.">
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.">
  • Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members.">
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and empathetic interactions.">
  • Achieve successful outcomes for member inquiries.">
  • Assist with opening and closing the club as per the roster.">
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.">
  • Regularly contact new and existing members to keep them engaged in their fitness journey, recommending club-based products that enhance their results and experience.">

Requirements:

  • Possess current First Aid & CPR certificates.">
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check.">
  • Demonstrate ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, showing a genuine desire to help people succeed in their goals.">
  • Show problem-solving skills and tenacity in achieving individual targets and team goals.">
  • Exhibit outstanding communication abilities, listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others.">
  • Demonstrate customer-focused mindset, striving for exceptional customer outcomes.">
