Contract Administrator Job Opportunity
\About our organization:
Specializing in structural steel fabrication and erection, we deliver high-quality designs, and efficient project management across various industries.
We seek a dedicated Contract Administrator responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of contracts. Key responsibilities include:
\- Drafting contract proposals to align with business goals.
- Administering contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, legal requirements, and standards.
- Negotiating contract terms, securing favorable outcomes while managing risks effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract performance meets service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintaining a comprehensive contract database for easy access and analysis, managing contract documentation. Proactively identifying risks associated with contracts and their scope, ensuring zero disputes and minimizing financial exposure.
\Providing regular progress reports on contract performance and milestones, reviewing compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing contract management. Advising senior management on any contract issues requiring attention.
\Requirements and Qualifications:
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Extensive experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
- Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in contract administration or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
\- Build strong working relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
