Contracts & Procurement Administrator

Solar Farm Project - Engineering Company

Location:Sydney, NSW

This is an opportunity for a long-term contract or permanent position.

We're looking for aContracts & Procurement Administratorto join ou team on a 12-month contract. This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery as we work toward anet-zero future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide contract and procurement support across all phases of the project

  • Assist with developing strategies, plans, and procurement documents

  • Support tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration

  • Maintain accurate contract records and support payment processes

  • Identify and manage contract-related risks

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration (energy, mining, or construction sectors)

  • Consultancy experience (up to 8 years)

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to various client systems and processes

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on practical solutions
