Family Law Legal Secretary Opportunity

 

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Legal Secretary to join a dynamic law firm on the Gold Coast.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality results.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional telephone and client liaison services
  • Preparing and managing court documents and briefs
  • Effective file management and maintenance
  • Client communication and diary management
  • Billing and general secretarial support

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation of experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Legal Secretary
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with FilePro Legal Practice Management software (advantageous)
