The role requires an in-depth understanding of family law and a proven track record of career progression.
Job OverviewAs a senior family lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload, including complex matters related to parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, divorce, de facto relationships, and domestic violence cases.
- You will provide guidance to junior solicitors while benefiting from support from a team of paralegals.
- Elevate your career with the tools, resources, and mentorship to achieve Specialist Accreditation or reach Partnership.
Key Requirements:
- 4–8+ years post-admission experience in family law, preferably within private practice.
- Able to handle a full caseload independently.
- Prior experience mentoring junior lawyers.
- Strong interest in achieving or holding Specialist Accreditation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-driven mindset.
