Senior Family Law Expert Opportunity

A high-impact leadership position is available in a respected law firm on the Gold Coast.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a dynamic and growing Family Law practice, driving strategic growth and expansion.
  • Lead and mentor a cohesive team of junior lawyers and paralegals, fostering excellence and collaboration.
  • Handle a diverse caseload spanning complex parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorces, and matters involving domestic violence.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a strong background in Family Law.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, driving professional development and success.
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law is highly advantageous, demonstrating expertise and dedication to the field.
  • Skilled in handling complex cases, including parenting, property, divorce, and domestic violence files.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth, ensuring the continued success of the practice.
  • Approachable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
