Experienced Family Law Assistant Required

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to assist our busy team of Family Lawyers. As an experienced Paralegal or Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and liaising with clients professionally
  • Preparation of briefs and court documents/correspondence
  • File management
  • Client liaison
  • Diary management
  • Billing
  • Legal research
  • General support to the firm's Family Lawyers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong foundation of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary
  • Be professionally presented
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • LEAP experience is an advantage
  • Open to considering a Law Student with Family Law experience looking to become a Law Clerk
