Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update establishment administrative databases and spreadsheets.
  • Interrogate Defence corporate HR information systems to identify and resolve data errors or inconsistencies.
  • Update positions, resolve general establishment queries, and compile reports using Defence corporate HR information systems.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on establishment and position management activities.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and transact within the Defence corporate HR information system to meet agreed timeframes.
  • Manage, file, and maintain establishment files and documentation in line with Defence policies.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize work and resolve moderately complex problems to achieve outcomes.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
