Job Summary:
A highly skilled professional is required to perform moderately complex position management and transactional work.
This role involves organizing workflow, making decisions, and seeking guidance when necessary.
The ideal candidate will exercise discretion in interpreting and applying legislation, procedures, and guidelines to their work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update establishment administrative databases and spreadsheets.
- Interrogate Defence corporate HR information systems to identify and resolve data errors or inconsistencies.
- Update positions, resolve general establishment queries, and compile reports using Defence corporate HR information systems.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on establishment and position management activities.
- Evaluate, analyze, and transact within the Defence corporate HR information system to meet agreed timeframes.
- Manage, file, and maintain establishment files and documentation in line with Defence policies.
Requirements:
- Prioritize work and resolve moderately complex problems to achieve outcomes.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
